DISPATCH ESTIMATE
We aim to dispatch all orders within 5 working days, though normally, your order will be dispatched quicker than this. It may take up to 28 days in extreme circumstances for your order to ship.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY
Refunds can only be made to the original card of purchase.
Refunds to a card other than the original can only be processed under the following circumstances:
- The original account no longer exists.
- The original account details have expired.
Any refund due will be credited to the original card of purchase within 14 working days of us receiving the goods. Please check your bank statement to ensure your refund has been correctly processed.
We will only refund items that are returned to us in the same condition that they were shipped.
For returns made directly to us in person, you will receive written confirmation of our acceptance of your return when we receive and check your items.
If you return your order to us via delivery, you will receive email confirmation of our acceptance of your return once we have received and checked your items.
If only one item or part of the order is returned, we'll refund the relevant correct value.

An administration charge of £5.00 will be incurred on exchanges.
